Sales Manager (m/f/d) National / International – focus on museums and cultural institutions


cura3D GmbH & Co. KG develops innovative software solutions and services for museums, galleries and exhibition organizers. Our customers range from small galleries and art associations to exhibition organizers and internationally renowned institutions such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi or the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden as well as international exhibition organizers.

Customers worldwide rely on cura3D’s products to visualize exhibition designs, optimize planning processes and develop digital applications that enhance museum and gallery visits in innovative ways. In this way, we make an important contribution to the digital transformation and communication of art and culture.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (m/f/d) to actively expand our activities in the national and international cultural and exhibition sector.

Your tasks

  • Active acquisition of new customers in the national and international environment, in particular museums, galleries, exhibition designers and trade fair organizers
  • Support and strategic development of existing customer relationships
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with cultural institutions and project partners
  • Development and implementation of targeted marketing and sales concepts for the cultural and exhibition sector
  • Identification of new market potential and business opportunities worldwide
  • Preparing offers and conducting contract negotiations through to successful conclusion
  • Representation of cura3D at trade fairs, conferences and industry events
  • Close cooperation with our product, project and marketing teams

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial, technical or comparable training or studies
  • Experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment and/or in the cultural, museum, trade fair or creative sector
  • Strong interest in art, culture, museums and digital technologies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to undertake national and international business trips
